Welcome to ARTSMEGA GLOBAL NETWORK. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

To use ARTSMEGA services, you must:

ARTSMEGA provides:

• • Marketplace: Platform for buying and selling music assets (beats, samples, lyrics, vocals, presets, full tracks)
• • AVA Voice Clone: AI assistant trained on your communication style for fan engagement
• • Blockchain Protection: Copyright registration and proof of ownership via PROTECTAI
• • Social Media Hub: AI-powered content generation for social platforms
• • Affiliate Program: Multi-tier referral commission system
• • Recording Studio: Browser-based multi-track audio recording and mixing, integrated into collaboration projects
• • Collaborations: Shared project workspace with file versioning, messaging, and team invitations
• • Fan Zone: Artist-fan engagement platform with challenges, leaderboard, and rewards
• • Social Protection System: Comprehensive retirement fund, health insurance, and death benefits program

4CreditArt Currency & Payments

CreditArt is ARTSMEGA's internal currency:

• • 1 CreditArt = $1 USD
• • CreditArt is purchased via cryptocurrency
• • CreditArt is used to access AI agents, purchase marketplace items, and other premium features
• • CreditArt earned through sales can be withdrawn (minimum 1000 CreditArt)
• • Withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency within 24-72 hours
• • CreditArt has no cash value until withdrawal threshold is met
• • Automatic deductions apply for Social Protection contributions (5% retirement, 2% health)

5Marketplace Terms

When using the ARTSMEGA Marketplace:

• • Revenue Split: Sellers receive 90% of sales; platform receives 10%
• • Affiliate Commissions: Paid from platform's 10% share, not seller's revenue
• • Content Ownership: Sellers must own or have rights to sell listed content
• • License Types: Exclusive and non-exclusive licenses available
• • Prohibited Content: No copyrighted material without authorization, illegal content, or harmful material
• • Disputes: Resolved through our dispute resolution process

6Social Protection System

ARTSMEGA provides a comprehensive Social Protection System for all artists:

6.1 Contribution Structure

• • Retirement Fund: 5% automatic deduction from all revenue
• • Health Insurance: 2% automatic deduction from all revenue
• • Rate Doubling: If medical expenses exceed deposits, rates double (10% retirement, 4% health) until deficit recovered

6.2 Retirement Benefits

• • Minimum 10 years of continuous contributions required for eligibility
• • Full retirement amount available if no health benefits claimed
• • 50% deduction from retirement if health benefits were used
• • Withdrawals processed to your cryptocurrency wallet

6.3 Health Insurance Coverage Tiers

Coverage varies by medical service category:

• • Waiting Periods: Most categories require 1-12 months enrollment before coverage begins
• • Annual Limits: Each category has maximum yearly coverage amounts ($1,000 - $100,000)
• • Pre-approval: Essential surgery, elective surgery, mental health, and chronic disease require pre-approval
• • Family Coverage: Extends to legally declared spouse and children (except maternity and alternative medicine)
• • 75% Recovery Threshold: After medical expenses are paid, health deposits must reach 75% of previous expenses before insurance can be used again
• • Claim Process: Healthcare providers submit claims; artists confirm receipt of services

6.5 Death Benefits

• • Designated beneficiaries receive remaining funds
• • Share percentages set by artist (must total 100%)
• • Death certificate and legal verification required
• • Payments made to beneficiaries' cryptocurrency wallets

7Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by ARTSMEGA GLOBAL NETWORK and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of their original content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant ARTSMEGA a non-exclusive license to host, display, and facilitate transactions involving your content.

8Affiliate Program Terms

Participation in our affiliate program requires:

• • Honest promotion of ARTSMEGA services
• • No spam, misleading claims, or fraudulent activity
• • Compliance with applicable advertising laws
• • Maintenance of "Active" status for higher tier benefits (except Bronze)
• • Understanding that commissions come from platform share, not seller revenue

ARTSMEGA reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices.

9Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• • Uploading content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
• • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
• • Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt platform services
• • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• • Using the platform for illegal purposes
• • Circumventing security measures or access controls
• • Colluding with healthcare providers for fraudulent claims
• • Signing confirmation for services not actually received
• • Providing false documents for family member or beneficiary verification

10Limitation of Liability

ARTSMEGA GLOBAL NETWORK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or suitability for any purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing AI outputs before use. Social Protection benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and available funds.

11Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violation. Social Protection contributions remain in the system and are subject to standard eligibility rules for withdrawal or death benefit distribution.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

13Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
